LETTERS TO PARENTS ABOUT PROPOSED EXPANSION

Further to the Proposal by the Governing Body of Queen Eleanor’s CofE Junior School in partnership with Surrey County Council and Guildford Diocese that Queen Eleanor’s Junior School expands to become a three form entry (3FE) primary school on 1 September 2013 with a Published Admission Number (PAN) of 90.
The Governing Body carefully considered the consultation responses and on Wednesday, 22 May 2013 passed the following resolution:
“Having given due regard to the issues raised in response to the consultation and having considered the issues carefully, the Governing Body resolve to publish Statutory Notices regarding the proposed expansion of the school from 2FE to 3FE in September 2014
The Notice was published in the Surrey Advertiser up until Friday 31-5-13.
The deadline for any representations will be Friday 28-6-13 and the Cabinet Member meeting to make the final decision will take place on 10-7-13.
