Queen Eleanor's C of E Junior School"A caring, supportive community, grounded in a Christian ethos, where children are inspired to explore their potential and develop skills for life."

Science Week

Today, 3K went outdoors for their Science lesson. As this week is British Science Week, we decided to investigate soil. We explored soil around the school grounds and used our penetrometers to decide whether the soil was loose or compact. We then discussed why people use soil and whether loose or compact soil is better to grow plans and vegetables in.
