Queen Eleanor's C of E Junior School"A caring, supportive community, grounded in a Christian ethos, where children are inspired to explore their potential and develop skills for life."

Year 5 making the sculpture

The children at Queen Eleanor’s C of E Junior School have produced a figure, which symbolises the gift of creativity.

Having worked on a number of different artists and their creations, the children chose to represent one of the three kings, as a piece of artwork mirroring the designs of the artists. Given that we have all received the gift of creativity, the children have included their own designs too.

Everything we have is a gift from God, and therefore not to be wasted. Mindful of the importance of sustainability, the children chose to use recycled materials to create their gift-bearing king.
