QE Meadows Holiday Club

We’re excited to announce the launch of our QE Meadows Holiday Club, now open to all children aged 6 to 11 in our community and not just for QE students!

Following the success of our first summer holiday club during Summer 2025, we’re expanding this initiative to welcome more families to enjoy our fantastic facilities, including exclusive access to our extended school grounds and swimming pool (weather permitting).

Why Join the QE Holiday Club?

We will: 

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
  • Be led by experienced school staff
  • Children’s baking session each week. Children will be engaged in baking tasty and nutritious snacks, and opportunities to learn about food and nutrition (please note that this is part of their activities and not lunch. Packed lunch should be provided for lunchtime)
  • Organise lots of activities so every child can find something they enjoy - from sports and cooking to campfire activities
  • Have sole use of the swimming pool
  • Keep children and young people happy, healthy, and active
  • Offer a flexible childcare option for busy parents

Holiday Club Dates (Academic Year 2025–2026)

  • 27th October – 31st October 2025
  • 16th February – 20th February 2026
  • 30th March – 10th April 2026
  • 26th May – 29th May 2026
  • 23rd July – 28th August 2026

Daily Schedule & Pricing

The club can be booked via Scopay. We offer two sessions each day. For new parents, please contact us to receive your Scopay login.

  • Standard Session: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM: £30 per day
  • Extended Session: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM: £40 per day
